Funerals: A message from Fr. Paul
I am aware that this is obviously a very sensitive issue, but please do not allow a Funeral Director to arrange a time for a funeral with you without them first contacting me. We have had occasions recently when a funeral has been arranged for a time that I have not been available due to some other commitment. I am obviously happy to conduct funerals at any time that is agreeable to all concerned.

Confessions : Saturday 12.30 to 1.00pm and 5.45pm to 6.15pm - See Newsletter
(or at any reasonable time upon request).

Benediction: Sundays 4.00pm during May and Lent. Please check the Newsletter.

Marriage : It is a rule of Salford Diocese that 6 months notice is required.

Baptism : By appointment.

Sacramental Programme : Ideally, this involves a close partnership between the Parish, the home and St. Vincents School - but if your child does not attend a Catholic school, please contact us and we will do all we can to prevent them from missing out on any part of the Programme. We try to have the latest information on the News and Events page.

References : When parishioners ask for a character or a faith reference Fr. Paul is happy to oblige, provided that he knows the individual. Needless to say, no one should give Fr. Paul as a referee without consulting him first.
