Provincial Council is the organising committee of the Province and is composed of delegates elected by individual circles to represent each circle. It meets every 2 months and is responsible to Grand Council, which is the organising committee of the Catenian Association. Grand Council, in turn, meets 4 times a year
The President’s term of office is one year.
